01 Summary
As part of the description of our services, 24/7 Distribution Group LLC DBA Cashflow Creators (“Cashflow Creators”) may provide earnings claims regarding past and potential future returns. These claims include representations about current and former clients, potential returns on specific storefronts, and potential returns on specific product offerings.
Cashflow Creators retains written materials that substantiate such claims and will make them available upon request by email at support@cashflowscreators.com.
We also provide users with a Performance Guarantee when they enter into an agreement with us. The specific terms of this guarantee may vary by client but will be detailed and enforceable through the specific contract you enter into with us. A typical guarantee is as follows.
02 Performance Guarantee
When a client pays a startup fee to Cashflow Creators, that fee represents the upfront cost for building, setting up, and managing their e-commerce store. We guarantee that within 24 months of the date the store begins selling products, the store will generate at least a 100% return on investment (ROI) equal to the amount of that startup fee, measured by net profits (profits after Amazon fees, inventory costs, shipping, and other related expenses).
If the store does not achieve this return within 24 months, Cashflow Creators will waive the client’s performance fee until the store has earned back the initial startup amount.
This guarantee is valid only if:
- The client maintains sufficient capital to purchase inventory on a regular basis and does not pause inventory purchases during the 24-month period.
- The client continues operating their store without pausing or shutting it down.
- The client pays for all required software, tools, and team member expenses as outlined in the Services Agreement.
- The client does not violate Amazon’s policies or the terms of the agreement with Cashflow Creators.
- In the event the store is suspended by Amazon, the 24-month period will pause and the guarantee timeframe will restart once the store is reinstated.
Example
If a client pays a $20,000 startup fee, their store must generate at least $20,000 in net profit within 24 months of its first sale. If this does not occur, Cashflow Creators will waive the client’s performance fee until the store’s net profit reaches $20,000.
Any representations regarding the range of returns are based on prior or existing clients who adhered to the terms of our agreements and instructions regarding the management of their stores. Prior results are not a guarantee of future results.
